It is our mission at Bella Rose Rehabilitation & Aquatic Center to give you the tools you need to live your life again! Through our one-on-one client care model, we will be with you every step of the way in your rehabilitation journey. If you suffer from joint pain, lower back pain, or you’re recovering from a recent injury, we will help you get back to your day to day activities through highly skilled physical, occupational, speech, and massage therapy with a personal touch.
What We Are
Bella Rose Rehabilitation & Aquatic Center is a state of the art traditional and aquatic outpatient therapy center located between Cadillac & Lake City in beautiful northern Michigan. The facility is approximately 10,200 square feet, including a specialized therapy pool and many different types of equipment that allow us to offer the most up to date technologies and techniques.
We specialize in aquatic rehabilitation therapy for brain and spinal cord injuries, as well as all types of physical therapy. Our clients range from children all the way up to and including geriatrics. Regardless of your needs, you can rest assured that our medical model is to treat the whole person so they can live their life again.

Denice is the Organizational Manager. If you wonder who leads the facility with such optimism, organization, and customer focus…that’s her!
Jean is our Receptionist, more like a Professional Customer Satisfier to say the least! Have a question or concern? She will be happy to help you any way she can.
Sandra is our AR specialist. She makes sure your financing stays organized so your therapy is not hindered.

Fitness & Wellness Specialist
Meghan Lambourne graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Dance as well as a Master of Science in Wellness Management and Applied Gerontology. She is also an ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist, Stott Pilates Certified Instructor, Certified Intrinsic Coach, and an Official Zumba Instructor.
Heather Goodman is a Certified Massage Therapist with 14 years of experience specializing in myofacial release and deep tissue massages.
Marianne Totton graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in O.T. She has 30 years experience with pediatrics, 6 years with nursing homes, home health care, and rehabilitation, and 1 year with Community Mental Health. She also has her Certificate in Sensory Integration.
Kaci Roller graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in O.T. She has over 16 years of experience in a wide range of capacities and has worked with Community Mental Health with children, inpatients, outpatients, nursing homes.
Connie Schepers graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in P.T. and a Master of Health Science Degree in exercise science with an emphasis in neurology and cardiopulmonary. She has 26 years of experience and her Certificate in Aqua Stretch by the Aquatic Therapy & Rehab Institute.
Dave Kramp graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in P.T. He has 24 years experience in outpatient home care, private practice, and acute care.
Physical Therapist Assistants
Teresa Shipton graduated with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in P.T.A. She has 14 years of experience in outpatient rehab and nursing homes and her Certificate in BackHab III by the Aquatic Therapy & Rehab Institute.
Nora Eastway, LPN has 34 years experience in the health care fields as an LPN and 4 years experience as a reflexologist.
Josh VanStee graduated with a Master of Arts Degree in Speech Language Pathology. He has 8 years experience, specializing working with kids, with domestic and international experience.
