Bella Rose Rehabilitation & Aquatic Center offers Zumba and Aquatic classes that are open to the public. Our certified health fitness specialist, Meghan Lambourne, is leading regular Zumba classes in our facility. Stop by and check one out or call for the schedule. Zumba exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training for fitness and losing weight. There are six different types of classes for different levels of age and exertion, including one based in the swimming pool.
A fun class providing a low-impact alternative to traditional land aerobics with all the intensity! Aerobic activity and strength building exercises are incorporated into each class for a total body workout that is easy on the joints. All levels and abilities are welcome.
This unique class allows you to set your own pace and intensity as you move independently amongst various stations in the pool. Each station uses different pieces of equipment to give you a total body workout that incorporates both cardiovascular and resistance exercises. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.
Designed for those who prefer no bouncing, even in the water! This gentle non-impact water class uses a variety of water walking movements and range-of-motion exercises to increase muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.
Known as the Zumba “pool party,” Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Silver Sneakers “Splash”
Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required, and a SilverSneakers kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.
Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness- Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit.
